For the connection details and instructions for your chosen assistant, contact our support team. Tell us which assistant you use so we can help you get started. Do not include passwords or secret credentials.

Include your name, company and the work you would like help with. We can discuss your use case, available connection options and the functions relevant to your account.

Get help with a connection or request

To help us understand the issue, include:

  • The AI client you are using, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • The email associated with your NexAds connection.
  • A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened.
  • The relevant Google Ads account or campaign identifier, if needed.
  • The approximate time of the issue and a screenshot with confidential details removed, if useful.

Do not send Google passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys or payment-card details. Keep any example data to the minimum needed to explain the issue.

Privacy and deletion requests

To ask about information held by NexAds or request access, correction or deletion, email the same address with a description of your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant connection.

Removing data held by NexAds does not automatically remove Google Ads campaigns or information stored by an AI client. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Remove Google access

You can review or remove NexAds authorisation through your Google Account connections.

Removing access prevents future authorised requests through that connection. It does not pause live campaigns or stop Google advertising charges. Manage urgent campaign changes directly in Google Ads.

Current availability

NexAds currently focuses on connecting compatible AI assistants to Google Ads through MCP. The dashboard is under development. Other advertising-platform connections will be announced as they become available.
