About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the NexAds website and NexAds MCP service, operated by PT Cakra Karsa Digital.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use NexAds for a business or client, you must have authority to act for that organisation and to give the instructions you submit.

The current service
NexAds MCP connects a compatible AI assistant to Google Ads for authorised advertising-account work. Depending on the configured connection and available permissions, supported functions include retrieving account information, analysing campaign performance, preparing reports, researching keywords and making advertising changes.
You can connect your own Google Ads account through the supported authorisation process using a compatible AI client. The actions available depend on the current service, Google Ads permissions, connection settings and Google's applicable access rules. The NexAds dashboard is under development. Connections to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other advertising platforms are planned. Preview interfaces, sample conversations and illustrative figures on the website demonstrate proposed experiences or examples; they do not connect to your live account.
Authorised access
Only use NexAds with advertising accounts, business information and assets that you are authorised to access and manage.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to your Google account and AI client, protecting their login details, and removing connections you no longer authorise. Do not share passwords or secret credentials through support email or ordinary AI conversations.
Do not use NexAds to bypass account permissions, access another person's information without authority, interfere with the service or carry out unlawful activity.
Instructions and campaign changes
Requests sent through a connected AI client can result in actions in Google Ads. Depending on the available function, those actions may change campaigns, keywords, budgets, targeting, ads or other account settings.
Review the account, requested action and relevant settings before instructing an action. Budget and campaign changes can affect spend and delivery. Removing resources may be irreversible, and an action may not have an automatic undo option.
The connected AI client may interpret your conversation into a request. Its interpretation can be incomplete or incorrect. Check the requested action and verify important outcomes in Google Ads, particularly after changes involving spending, publishing or removal.
Any confirmation or review steps depend on the function and the controls actually available in your connection. These terms do not imply that every action has an additional approval screen or a permanent approval record.
Reports and AI-generated responses
Reports and responses depend on the information returned by Google Ads, the requested reporting period, your account configuration and the connected client's interpretation.
Figures may be affected by reporting delays, attribution settings or differences between metrics. AI-generated explanations and suggested actions may contain mistakes. Use your judgement and verify material findings before relying on them for business decisions.
We do not guarantee advertising results, revenue, cost savings, conversion volumes or return on advertising spend. Illustrative website figures are not promises of results for your account.
Google Ads and AI-client services
Google Ads, ChatGPT, Claude and other connected services are provided by their respective operators. Their own terms, policies, permissions and charges apply to your use of those services.
You remain responsible for your advertising content, landing pages, account eligibility and compliance with the rules applicable to your campaigns.
NexAds is an independent service. References to third-party platforms explain compatibility or functionality and do not imply their endorsement of NexAds.
Information sent through the connection
NexAds processes requests and returns requested account information and action outcomes only to the MCP client you choose to connect. This can place advertising information into an AI conversation or report. NexAds does not send those results to a separate AI-model provider on your behalf.
Use a client that you are authorised to use for the relevant business information, and review its privacy settings. Our Privacy Policy explains NexAds's handling of information, including the distinction between NexAds-held records, Google Ads records and client conversation history.
Fees and advertising spend
Any fees for paid NexAds access will be communicated and agreed separately before that paid access begins. Any applicable billing, cancellation or refund terms must be provided as part of that agreement.
Google advertising charges remain subject to your arrangements with Google. Charges for an AI assistant or other third-party service remain subject to your arrangements with that provider. Requesting a demo does not by itself create a paid subscription.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, changes made by a connected provider or restrictions affecting an account or connection. We do not promise continuous or uninterrupted availability.
We may update supported functions as the service develops. An announced or previewed feature does not become available until it is released and access is enabled for your connection.
Ending access and ongoing campaigns
You may stop using NexAds and remove the relevant connection. To cancel your use of the service or request deletion of your information, email support@nexads.io. Our support team handles the request after any identity and authority checks needed.
When you cancel, we delete the customer information held by NexAds for your use of the service as described in the Privacy Policy, including its treatment of backup copies and any legally required records.
We may restrict or end access where needed to address unauthorised use, security issues, breaches of these terms or obligations imposed by a connected provider or applicable law.
Disconnecting NexAds does not pause campaigns, stop Google advertising charges or reverse earlier changes. Manage any live advertising activity directly in Google Ads if you want it paused or changed. Removing the connection does not automatically erase information held by Google Ads or your AI client's conversation history.
Website content and supplied materials
NexAds branding, website content and service materials belong to PT Cakra Karsa Digital or their respective rights holders. Using the service does not transfer ownership of them to you.
You retain rights to materials you supply, subject to the rights of others. You must have the permissions needed for NexAds and the connected services to process or use those materials to carry out your instructions.
Limits and applicable rights
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that its outputs will be error-free, suitable for every business purpose or capable of achieving a particular advertising outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights you have under applicable law.
If you have a dispute or concern about the service, contact us so that we can review it. A separate written service agreement may include additional terms for a specific engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date will identify the version in force. We will provide notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and remove the relevant connections.
