Who we are
NexAds is operated by PT Cakra Karsa Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, or use NexAds MCP to work with Google Ads through a compatible AI assistant.
NexAds currently provides an MCP connection for Google Ads. The NexAds dashboard is under development. Connections to other advertising platforms are planned and are not covered as available integrations in this policy.

Information we handle
Information you provide directly
When you request a demo or contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. This may include your name, email address, company, website, support question and details about the advertising work you want help with.
When you use NexAds MCP, the connected client sends information needed for your request. Depending on the action, this can include an advertising account identifier, reporting dates, campaign instructions, ad text or creative assets you supply.
Google account and Google Ads information
NexAds processes the connection information needed to authenticate authorised access. This can include the Google account identifier and email used for sign-in, connection permissions and credentials that allow the service to make authorised Google Ads requests.
For the accounts available through an authorised Google connection, NexAds may access:
- Account and manager-account identifiers, account names, currency and time-zone settings.
- Campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, budgets, targeting and related advertising settings.
- Performance information, such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions and conversion values.
- Recommendations and keyword-planning information where the connection and Google's access rules permit it.
- Information needed to carry out a supported campaign action and the outcome returned by Google Ads.
The information processed depends on the request, the configured connection, account permissions and available features.
Service and technical records
The service also processes operational records needed to run and troubleshoot requests. These can include account identifiers, the type of operation requested, timestamps, duration, status and error information.
Requests to our website and service may also produce technical records, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, through the infrastructure that serves them.
Why we use this information
We use information to:
- Authenticate authorised users and connections and identify the Google Ads accounts available to them.
- Retrieve campaign information, analyse performance and prepare requested reports.
- Support keyword research and advertising-management tasks where available.
- Carry out supported advertising actions requested through the connected client.
- Return results and operation outcomes to that client.
- Answer demo requests, support enquiries and privacy requests.
- Maintain service reliability, investigate errors, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Our use of Google user data is limited to the purposes described in this policy and the functions made available to users. We do not sell Google user data or use it for our own unrelated advertising or marketing.
How MCP and your AI assistant handle information
MCP is the connection between NexAds and the AI assistant or client you choose to use.
When that client sends a request to NexAds, NexAds processes the request, communicates with Google Ads as needed, and returns the requested results only to your connected client. This may send account identifiers, advertising settings, campaign performance, report content or action outcomes into your AI conversation. NexAds does not send those results to a separate AI-model provider on your behalf.
The connected client and its provider may process or retain that information, including in conversation history. Their terms, privacy policy and your account settings govern their own handling of it. Review those settings and use a client appropriate for the business information you intend to share.
You should only request information through a client you are authorised to use for the relevant advertising account. Disconnecting NexAds prevents future use of that connection but does not automatically remove information already retained by the client or its provider.
Who receives information
Information may be processed by or shared with:
- Google services, to authenticate connections, retrieve advertising information and carry out supported Google Ads requests.
- Supabase, to store customer account and service information for NexAds.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, to operate the NexAds website and MCP service.
- Your connected MCP client and its provider, to receive your instructions and return requested information or operation outcomes to your chosen interface.
- Our support and service operations team, where needed to address your request, maintain the service or investigate a security or technical issue, subject to appropriate access restrictions and any consent required.
- Authorities or other recipients where legally required, or where necessary to protect against fraud, security incidents or unlawful activity.
Connecting NexAds does not automatically give a client access to every Google Ads account. Requests remain subject to your authorised Google connection, the service's connection settings and Google Ads account permissions.
Storage and protection
NexAds uses Supabase for customer account and service information. Connection credentials are handled on the server and are not included in ordinary advertising results returned to your AI client.
Connections to the MCP service and Google APIs use HTTPS. Access to customer information is restricted to the service components and authorised people who need it to operate and support NexAds.
Operational records can contain account identifiers and information about requests and errors. They are treated as customer-related information rather than assumed to be anonymous.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens or API keys through support email. No service can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe your NexAds connection or information has been compromised.
How long information is kept
We keep the customer account, connection and advertising information needed to provide NexAds while you actively use the service.
When you cancel your use of NexAds, we delete the customer information held by NexAds for your use of the service, including saved advertising information and connection credentials. You can also ask our support team to delete information belonging to you by emailing support@nexads.io. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
Where backup copies exist, they are removed through the applicable backup retention and expiry process. Backup copies are not used to continue providing a cancelled service. If information is restored from a backup, we apply the relevant cancellation and deletion requests before returning it to active use. Our support team can explain the handling of any remaining backup copy relevant to your request.
Demo and support correspondence is kept only as needed to respond to the enquiry or resolve the request. If applicable law requires us to retain a particular record, we retain only what is required, restrict its use and explain the reason where appropriate.
Google Ads and your chosen AI client manage their own information separately. Cancelling NexAds or deleting information held by NexAds does not automatically delete your Google Ads campaigns or the conversation history held by your AI provider.
Disconnecting Google access
You can review or remove Google's authorisation for NexAds through your Google Account connections.
Revoking authorisation stops the affected connection from making further authorised Google requests. It does not automatically delete information already retained by NexAds, your AI client or Google. It also does not pause or delete live Google Ads campaigns.
For removal of information held by NexAds, use the request process below.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Email support@nexads.io to ask about information held by NexAds, cancel your use of the service, or request access, correction or deletion of information belonging to you.
Our support team responds to these requests and handles deletion of your information. Include the email associated with your connection, the relevant Google Ads account identifier if known, and a description of your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys or other secret credentials.
We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant information before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason, and handle the request in accordance with applicable requirements.
Requests made to NexAds concern information held by NexAds. They do not automatically delete campaigns or records from Google Ads, or messages and reports retained in an AI assistant. Those services have separate controls and request processes.
Website and email enquiries
The current website provides email links for demo and support enquiries. Clicking an email link opens your email service. The information you choose to send is received and processed through the email services used by you and by us.
Website hosting may process technical access records to deliver and protect the website. If we introduce additional collection through forms, analytics or optional cookies, we will provide the relevant information and any choices required before that collection begins.
Processing across countries
Supabase, Google, our hosting providers and your connected client's provider may process information in countries other than where you live or operate. The locations and protections depend on the relevant service and configuration. Contact us if you need more information about the processing relevant to your NexAds connection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date will show when the published policy takes effect.
If we introduce a material change to the Google data we access or how we use or share it, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required before the new use begins. Future advertising-platform integrations will require their own accurate data-use explanations.
